The Job : Customer Service Officer

Job Profile

The Customer Service Officer will be the first point of contact for all our clients. she will attend to clients and assist them with their inquiries using every opportunity to sell our products and services. She will also receive phone calls, interacts with company’s customers to pro reply emails and messages.

Customer Sevice Officer interacts with company’s customers to provide them with information, address inquiries regarding products and services. Also, deals with and help resolve any customer complaints.

Manage large amounts of incoming calls.
Assist with placement of orders, refunds, or exchanges.
Take payment information and other pertinent information such as addresses and phone numbers of customers.
Handle product recalls/ Attempt to persuade the customer to reconsider cancellation.
Inform customers of deals and promotions.
Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time. limits; follow up to ensure resolution.
Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
Compile reports on overall customer satisfaction.

Job Qualifications

Minimum of BSc or its equivalent
Proven customer support experience
Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
Familiarity with Microsoft office tools and practices
Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively

The Job : Graphics Designer

Job Profile

We looking for a Designer to design or create graphics to meet specific needs such as catalogue, newsletter, website, fliers, posters etc.

Job Description:

Create designs, concepts and sample layouts based on knowledge of layout principles and esthetic design concepts.
Develop graphics and layouts for product illustrations, company logos, and Internet websites.
Use computer software to generate new images.
Prepare illustrations or rough sketches of material, discussing them with supervisors and making necessary changes.
Upload designs to relevant platforms including websites and content management systems.
Key Competence:

Graphic designing skill. Able to use Adobe Photoshop and in-design
Strong written and communication skills
Demonstrable graphic design skills with a strong portfolio
Highly proficient in all design aspects
Ability to interact, communicate and present ideas
Possession of creative flair, versatility, conceptual/visual ability and originality
Strong tech skills with experience using Microsoft Office, Adobe Creative Suite and basic social media analytic tools.
Expert ability in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, CorelDraw, InDesign and Microsoft office skills are required.
Able to follow process of team and use initiative as needed
Additional Requirement
Ability to work long hours when required.

Job Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or its equivalent
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role.
Certification in Graphic Designs will be an added advantage.
