The Job : HR and Admin Assistant
Job Status: Full Time Job,Graduate/Exp
- Manage office facilities, mails, security, branch operations support and compliance, office supplies stock and place orders and prepare regular reports such as expenses, office budget, etc.
- Update Company’s Employee Handbook and review organizational structure and job profiles as changes occur.
- Manage and update filing system/files, Company databases and calendar, schedule appointments, in house and eternal events, compile various staff committee reports and manage staff circulars/notice boards.
